A systematic approach towards cockroach control would include a comprehensive sanitation program to be followed by the clients. Sanitation efforts will help to eliminate food, moisture and harbourages available to the cockroach population. The chemical treatment includes application of residual insecticide mainly into cracks and crevices. Such openings commonly occur at expansion joints between different elements of construction and between equipment and floors.
